In my work nature acts as a metaphor for lived experience. Everything that lies beneath becomes the subject matter: the movement, change, growth and decay, hope and fear, the strength and weakness of the spirit and sexuality. My work embodies the associations present in nature with human experience. I create forms inspired by nature which evoke a sense of these human emotions.
